A little border publish about the Yugoslav-Albanian border early in the year of 1987. Frustrated and try to drunk, lieutenant Pasic feels an unusual discomfort in the groins. He seeks the aid of the only real physician one of the soldiers, Sinisa, who diagnoses a std. Not wanting his wife to understand about it and looking for excuses to not go back home, he declares a condition of emergency, declaring the Albanian military is planning a panic attack against Yugoslavia. A tale transforms into war hysteria: soldiers search trenches, Pasic develops wilder because the days pass, Sinisa embarks on the harmful liaison, and the closest friend Ljuba decides to depart the military. The problem gradually expires of control...
